met hydher,fadzil and haadi at the bus-stop,while caught up with danial in the bus and headed for the gym. AS USUAL, fuad was late & jasmi came at a respectable time.
did the upper body today - the back, pects, shoulders, core and arms.

fuyooh. gerek o.
i feel good..

went to parkway to have early dinner.
after played pool with fuad and danial and met mom at parkway and helped her with the laundry and headed home.

checked my body fat percentage and it read 16%.
not too bad.
tmr is soccer day? well, i hope so.

saw the girl with the pink hairband. woot.
